What We're Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and high-energy Senior Sales Consultant who will actively prospect new clients and expand business with existing ones. You’ll be responsible for securing commercial, government, and residential accounts for the sale and installation of EV charging stations.
This is a commission-only position.

Key Responsibilities:
Hunt for new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline
Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with potential clients
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM software
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
Monitor and report on sales performance to management
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in EV charging solutions sales or a related field
Proven track record of success in business development and sales
Strong knowledge of EV charging technology and infrastructure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with government incentives and rebates for EV charger customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
Commission-only, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $300,000+ annually
